Dr. Turner

Founder /Owner

Has enjoyed four decades serving patients on the Eastern Shore. Each patient receives compassion, skill, and personalized treatment plans. Dr. Turner keeps up with modern dental techniques and state of the art equipment to deliver outstanding patient results.

Fun Fact: Will take any opportunity to be outside, on the water or on the farm.

Dr. Estrada

Dentist

As a dentist for four decades in Hampton Roads, Dr. Estrada shares knowledge, professionalism and his dental talent. Through personal connections, the team and patients learn something new each day. Family and friends are the main priority when not working.

Fun Fact: likes jet skiing, motorcycling, boating, and traveling to learn about new cultures.

Tabatha

Registered Dental Hygienist

With many years of experience, Tab is committed to helping patients feel comfortable on each visit. She teaches patients to be confident and dedicated to their oral health care while making sure each patient leaves with a positive experience.


Fun Fact: Spends time with her grandson to teach him as much as she can.

 VP of Operations

Over 10 years of leadership experience in driving efficiency & growth. Maria is known for strategic excellence, staff development & financial performance. She has streamlined systems to elevate patient experiences & team productivity.

Mischelle

Office Manager

With over 10 years of dedicated service, Mischelle brings organization, warmth, and exceptional patient care to our practice every day. Outside the office, she enjoys time with her husband and two sons. She is active in her church, where faith and community play an important role in her life.

Keyona

 Office Assistant

Our welcoming face and genial spirit of Turner Family Dentistry. Keyona takes immense pride in creating a positive experience for every patient. She will greet you with her signature smile and positive demeanor. Her motto is to help the office run smoothly so the team can provide excellent patient care.

Certified Dental Assistant

Over 10 years of experience in providing high-quality patient care. Sam rejoined our practice to bring expertise, calmness, and reassurance to the team. She’s also known for an uncanny ability to spot “I definitely floss every day” fib from a mile away.

Dental Assistant

10 years of experience dedicated to nurturing patients. Haley welcomes and assures, each patient and takes pride in caring for them from start to finish. Haley enjoys her garden and tending to people or plants.

Dental Assistant
